Lets mandate a Funfilled Event..yes mandate...but without really saying we are mandating it, but hinting at it in a non specific, yet threatening way that cannot be mistaken for what it is. Let's alude to the fact that it is sanctioned by the upper management, but never have their names personally attached to it. That's always a great start to building positive feelings and morale in an already negatively charged, super stressed, verging on burn out environment.
