My boss who I refer to as Bugsie Malone (Bugsie for short) sent an email to say that the company is lobbying to the parent company for a special increase for the operations staff only and I (support staff) should think about special considerations that can be used in their submission. This is after getting 4.7% increase last year when the operation staff got on average 30%. Seriously this bitch is a joke.

I now have the misfortune of going through the rigors of acquainting my self with a new manger, the 8 I must add in my 5-year tenure at this company that I affectionately dubbed the house of fuckery. The level of passion that she has for fuckery has become quite clear in her 4 days with the organization and I must add second to none. She, I predict, will be a perfect fit. She has already examined my personal file and though the first 7 have never placed anything on my file to indicate that my behaviour is rude, she in her infinite wisdom sees my correspondence to them as bordering on rude. She has made it clear that my method of communication will in effect block my mobility in the organization and burn the bridge required to successfully move forward outside of this organization.

I have a manager call my manager to tell her “I need to be made to understand that I am only a foot soldier”. Can you believe that in this day and age organization are still dumb enough to saddle themselves with cavemen and in a position of power no less? The dude is soooooo asinine he refuses to read reports that I generate because it did not come directly for a manager. I kid you not. I can’t help but to wonder who dusted off this old relic and made him believe that he is god. Foot soldier...I am still smarting at this one. If I had my way I would shove a spear up his ass and show him the work of a real foot soldier.

If I am such a fucking good one why the hell hasn’t my salary been adjusted to the right level? Why hasn’t her office have the decency to respond to my memo requesting a salary review? Fuckers they can all go to hell!!!

The fuckers wrote on my job description that one of my core functions is to develop training programmes. I submit the fucking proposals and they do nothing better than ignore them. Now they have employed someone who has half my qualification gives her twice my pay and ask her to write one of the same proposal that I have submitted from JANUARY!!!.

Can you imagine that they have the nerve to tell this new person that I have done something already and that she should get my input for her proposal? Are they for real? They can all go fuck themselves. When she had the nerve to ask me about the program I had created (I know it is not her fault but still) I told her it was nothing worth mentioning. I hope she gets the hint that I don’t want a fuck to do with it and I am sure as shit not going to be helping her. BITCHES!!!!

Just call the Ministry of Labour and they are basically saying that there is nothing that I can do about the additional tasks that I have been assigned. Who gives a fuck that they are tasks that are assigned to higher paying job titles. Fuck them and their “other duties as assigned”. That fucking phrase should be against the law

My fucked up director is asking me to training my new manager who has half my qualification and is being paid twice my salary. I am so not doing it. They can all go and fuck themselves. She is a bright girl I am sure she can manage.

Can you imagine after being told that I am being paid at a level below by salary scale because I did not have the years of experience required (Even though I surpass the academic qualification and I have been doing this fucking job for 4 years) I was just informed that my new manager does not even have my qualifications. Do you believe that my manager has the nerve to come to me to tell me that my lack of response to an employee's financial grant request has resulted in the fucker feeling marginalized. Never you mind that I have to wait on my fucking manager’s response to the financial grant request before I can go ahead and tell the asshole (Trust me he has been a real asshole about the whole thing) where he stands. The part that gets to me is that I have FORMALLY raised the issue that based on the company compensation structure, I am being underpaid by 1 level and not a fuck has been communicated to ME. I am not begging shit it is my due based on the position that I am in. I can’t wait to hand in my resignation. I am going to send the asshole an email and let him know that I am waiting my manager’s response on the subject and see it he still fells marginalized.

It has come to the attention of the chairperson of the Board of Directors that even though employees are leaving for more money they are not staying for less because they feel unappreciated (NO SHIT). The technical directors and Managing Director of course believe that such a claim is outrageous. Quite naturally a meeting had to be called to address such a grievous matter. After completing their 6 degrees of separation to find out who could have said such a thing to the chairperson (As you know the blame has to be pinned on the donkey) the Managing Director came up with a bright idea to make staff feel appreciated. (Drum roll please) The technical directors are to make a list of all their valued employees. This list is to be given to the HR director so that the HR Director can talk to these persons and tell them how much they are appreciated. Why the HR Director you may ask? Well the Managing Director explains that this is because the Technical Directors don’t have the time to do it themselves... naturally.

The old shit-on-a-stick, Dagger Wieldier, never stopped until we ended up in the new manager’s office. I was assigned to cover her desk while she was on vacation. Of course the old shit in true form did not send me a list of things that are open on her desk that would have been too easy. Instead the shit only sent a general mail to inform everyone that they should contact me about everything pertaining to her desk. OLD FUCK. When she came back I naturally sent her what I did to date and told her what was left to be done. The fucking bitch did nothing more than ignore my emails. The shit latter informed our manager that she didn’t check her mail and that she was informed that I was dealing with it.
