Haven't been to this site for awhile but was surprised to see not that many new entries SO HERE IS AN IDEA...
We all work day in and day out for these assholes and each company has its own little "rules" they follow for the customer.... so if your company is like mine there are certain "accommodations" a rep can give the customer if they complain so lets all POST THOSE LITTLE SECRECTS AND LET THE PUBLIC HAVE A FIELD DAY!!

Here's mine....

Went to a friend's place of employment recently to help out (paid of course, no one works for free) and although she had been telling me about this bitch boss who makes mountains out of molehills and then rushes in to "save the day" was absolutley true! There are 2 middle aged crows in the mix here, 1 is the boss and the other is her sidekick-they go everywhere together!
