The last time I logged in this blog was few months ago.

I quit my fucking job from my previous company and started new job. I am quite happy with the pay and the nature of the job. At first, it seems like I am enjoying working here. Only last couples of months, I had fucking hard time with my section Manager.

Whenever he wants to get the things out and done, he can't give instruction clearly and he will mumble as he went along. Duh! What kind of direction he is leading me?! Then, he will retain some information for himself as a secret weapon whenever he feel that a person could be better off than him. Then when time is right he will use his secret weapon (information) as to impress his direct boss or he use it against the staff.

Every news of the company is P&C to him. Even the news of going lunch, annual dinner, the toilet bowl was not flush......everything is P&C and he will not communicate down the message to the staff.

What kind of fucking manager is this!

In the first place, I don't get it how come he is the section manager! His head is big and he got bird brain.

He is rude too to me! He give order 'I want u to clear this for me and I want u to do it NOW!' If I challenged him, he will give me 'pissed me off' look and scarily stared into my eyes. I can't meet his eyes......

Worst part, I am still in probation period. Tommorow is my last day of probation.....Gosh! I am quite worried.............If he don't confirm me, I will highlight it to his direct boss. I don't feel that my work is that bad! At least I want a fair judgement on me!!!!!!
