Marginalization

Do you believe that my manager has the nerve to come to me to tell me that my lack of response to an employee's financial grant request has resulted in the fucker feeling marginalized. Never you mind that I have to wait on my fucking manager’s response to the financial grant request before I can go ahead and tell the asshole (Trust me he has been a real asshole about the whole thing) where he stands. The part that gets to me is that I have FORMALLY raised the issue that based on the company compensation structure, I am being underpaid by 1 level and not a fuck has been communicated to ME. I am not begging shit it is my due based on the position that I am in. I can’t wait to hand in my resignation. I am going to send the asshole an email and let him know that I am waiting my manager’s response on the subject and see it he still fells marginalized.

This is the second time that this fucker has demonstrated that it (yes my manager is an it) does not give a fuck about me or what is due to me. Can you believe that the fucker also had the nerve to come to me in a huff saying that I had to rush with an employee compensation package so that that it can make payroll (even though the payroll cut off date had already long gone) because the person has been acting in the position for a month. I have been underpaid for 4 years and the payroll officer for 2 but that does not seen to mean shit. Those fuckers!!!
