Is there no justice in this world?

Can you imagine after being told that I am being paid at a level below by salary scale because I did not have the years of experience required (Even though I surpass the academic qualification and I have been doing this fucking job for 4 years) I was just informed that my new manager does not even have my qualifications. Doesn’t that beat all?

Do they do salary reviews often? If they do, they should up you and up you well in a relatively short time...maybe 6 months to a year...
