Corporate Bullshit

Where to start...First, I hate pretty much everything there is about corporate working environments. The people corporations attract have been molded all their lives to fit right in. Using inflated language and euphemisms, craving attention, unnecessary competitiveness, jockeying for position, "kiss-up, kick-down" mentality. That's just the tip of the iceberg. Why can't a typical business environment be one where people simply do their jobs, act collegial to one another, and forego all the corporate bullshit?

Can I change "games"? Or not play one at all? In high school I used to think that when I got older, most of the childishness of people would go away. That didn't happen. People never grow up. They carry their stunted emotional development with them all their lives, which ruins work environments for the rest of us who know ourselves.

For a lot of people, the corporate life/game is all they know. It is the only escape they have from their miserable home lives.

Be happy you see past the BS. Hopefully you will find something that will make you happy.
