New job requirements for all employees

Wanna get a job these days? Be prepared to be a slave. Here are some requirements for a job AD from an unnamed company, but actual posting. Notice some of the more interesting requirements which I have marked with ***:

Be at least 21 years of age for DOT covered positions OR have a minimum of 3 years professional driving experience with a Class 'B' CDL.

High School Diploma / GED equivalent.

Class “B” CDL meeting DOT requirements or Class B Permit - Must be willing and able to obtain Class B License within 2 weeks of hire date.

2 or more years experience in a business environment.

Successful completion of post offer background checks, drug screen, physical and MVR check.

Ability to use computer ordering equipment and have basic math skills.

***Ability to work early morning/late night hours.

***Willing to work over 40 hours when required.

***Willing to work any day of the week, weekends and Holidays. (...haha....Fuck this job, good luck to the sheep that gets this)

***Ability to work regularly in cold environment (-20 F).

***Ability for frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting required (up to 50 lbs).

***Ability to push and/or pull up to 2,000 lbs. using a pallet jack.

Ability to work safely.

***Read, write and speak English. (haha...as if you would be able to read this if you don't read English..... what bufoons)

another 20 lines of requirements were below this stuff....I will not waste space though......

There is a reason that JOB spells Just Over Broke.

Yeah, I've learned from experience that any time a requirement asks you to be "willing" or "able" to do something it means you'll actually be doing that 100% of the time, every single day. They'll lie about it in the interview of course, but two weeks in they'll be asking you to cover every shift, work all weekend, then come in and work all week.

It really is pretty fucked up the way the job market in America works right now.
