Well it all started on March 17th 2006. Sams Club is one of them jobs if your liked and do your job you will be there as long as you will stay there. But will hire anyone who can fog a mirror. But to the people they like, they will still treat like shit. Unless your a liked black person. Or just black period. Im in no means a racist. I work side by side with a black person. Who is a very hard worker and holds down two full time jobs. But Sams club pays any black person who walk's in the door 3 to 5 more bucks an hour just for being black. Im not making this up. Just ask. I dont know why this is, its just how it is. They will coach ( Write up ) a white person for hiting a pallet with goods on it and not breaking one thing, but a black person puts his forks into the concrete protecting the freezers and not get a thing said to them. Also I watched a black person leave on break every night put down 3 tall boys in 30 minutes time, come back and get into the GM's face call him a white peace of trash and all kinds of racist things, then spit on him and he still had his job. But when they do decide that they have to coach a black person they make sure they find someway to coach all the people in that area. Even the black people there know this is wrong. But what can anyone do? There has been allot more things that have gone on over this whole black and white thing but I can go on for days about it. But on to other things about Sams club. If you are someone that they think is very valuable person to your area don't miss a day because they will put in the computer that you missed like 10 days. Just because the lazy people in your area wont help out just one night to pick up what the missing person does so the managers have to do it, and when a lazy person calls in more than half a month they dont even notice because the good worker will do that person work on top of his own. And if you dont you still get in trouble and wont listen to you when you say that the lazy person always call's in. Also watch your pay checks because if you dont for some strange reson each pay check that go's by that you dont mintion your missing hours you will keep missing more and more each pay check. I did not say anything untell I notice 10 hours were missing. Then it stoped. Now its starting all over again, and keep track of your hours and write them down because you dont get clock in and out recipts and they will say there is no proof. There is so much more hipacritacal <~~ ( If thats how you spell it?) things that go on there and scandals. Its a day by day drama and don't use there open door policy or you will be showed the door. Also if you hurt yourself and plan on keeping your job there, you might just want to take care of it yourself. Long story short. Its an ok job "IF" you can put up with what I said + more.
