My mind is tired I am a Fire alarm tech I have been in the Electrical field sience 1986. I am very good at what I do. Every job I get starts out great the owners tell me hey we are glad you are here we have been looking for some one with your kind of skills for a long time. BLA BLA BLA BLA--They always talk all kinds of shit how they are going to give me a companey truck a raise but they always come up with some kind of reason not to give it to me.

Well it's been just over 3 months since I started my new job as an electrician for a large company.

I don't miss my old desk job, I don't miss the bullshit I had to listen to every fucking day that dribbled from the mouth of psycho-hose beast slappers that get sick pleasure out of making peoples lives hell.

I decided I couldn't work there another year! So I'm starting the new year without a job. It is a great feeling! I swear I'll be happier scavaging in the alley than I would be putting in another year at the evil shit hole.

I just wanted to share something with you about perception. In my job the perception of my work is now that its below standard. It was always upto speed until I was assigned a prick of a man for a supervisor. This guy has no management skills and has not been graduated long and it shows. I was asked today why I use file dividers. I didn`t answer. Everything out of his fucking mouth is a critism or just stupid. I`m now perceived as the "struggler" of the team who is constantly bereated by this jumped up turd. Whats worse another collegue who is actually producing crap has a chilled and laid back supervisor so he`s totally flying under the radar.

Fucking little silverspoon asshole. If you had any idea what it is like to do this job day to day, rather than using the sewer method (shit runs down hill) you would change your tune. Oh I want a job profit report, and I want you to break it down to the nth degree, even though it doesn't really matter what you say the profit margin is, I am going to plug in what I want anyway. FUCK YOU!!!!. Oh and don't forget that I am too fucking cheap to upgrade the company computer software, and I am going to force you for all eternity to use a fucking DOS based system in the 21 st century for crying out loud.

i`ve just taken on a temp job for the summer with a local firm
doing sub contract work for the local council, it involves stripping and re painting window frames no problem...
I started Monday 22 this month may and was told to go to this address where a man would be waiting for me to tell me what to do, ok so far.
"ok you need to strip the back bedroom window and re paint it""just that one" i said"yep just that one and your done" great easy i`ll be finished in a few hours and home early today .it was rather a warm day so I left the gloves off after I had applied the stripper to remove the paint.

Last time I asked you why...today, I ask you why the fuck not.

When exactly did I become a door mat? I try to think back to see if there was a pivotal moment in my career that caused me to bend over and invite everyone and their idiot brother to pound me in brown eye.

There must have been, I used to be a no nonsense, brutally honest asshole, I used to be described as uneccessarily angry and negative...well I'll tell ya, now I have a god damn reason.

Monday's are supposed to be horrible days, and for the most part they do suck ass; but today, Tuesday, has been the kind of day that hip checks you to the ground and kicks you in the teeth until all the chicklets have been swallowed, and it's only 8:30am.

Why do I put up with it? Is it because I can't find anythng else? I don't fucking know.

As if it's not bad enough that my boss and everyone else at the company constantly make me the butt of their jokes...without reason I might add. I'm good at my job, I'm easy to get along with, I don't look or act weird (as far as I know)...but they still do it anyway.

I'm also being paid worse than shit...being paid shit would be a step up for me. My salaray is approximately $45,000 below other people in similar positions. (I'm regional manager for a large electrical contractor, responsible for everything from project management, material, shipping/receiving, scheduling, personnel, operations, AR/AP...I fucking do everything, completely alone!)

Well.......finally moving on. Was just waiting for the right opportunity to present itself, and it finally did. Got an offer for a position 12 miles from home, doing what I know and enjoy,FOR MORE MONEY! Leaving in style and dignity. No 'Fuck You''s on my way out. No explaining to the boss the he's an egotistical fucking loser. None of that stuff....there's no profit in it. I figure the worst thing I can do to these people is to convince them that I'm the problem. That way they continue behaving the way they do, and continue shooting themselves in the foot by letting good employees slip through thier fingers. Thats my revenge.

So here's the story. I work for big company. When I say big, I mean real big. Like 35 Billion dollars a year big. Anyway, we'll call this company "Mother". So anyway, Mother has alot of different divisions. One of which I used to work for. We'll call it division "A". Well, when mother decided to close division "A", everyone one was jumping ship like it was sinking. When the dust settled, who was left standing there? Me. Thats who. I hung in there. I was getting paid a decent salary and the company was treating me well, so I stuck around till the end. In fact, I very quickly became the "Cleaner". In other words, I went around to all the projects that had gotten run into the ground, and found a way to get them finished and minimize the damage. So when the last project was done, the president of the "Western Region" went to the head of Division "B" and told him, "Look, this guy is real sharp, works hard, and I dont want to lose him. So find aplace for him in Division "B"."

Ok...here goes the long story.

I'm currently what could only be described as the dumbest person in the working world.

I got hired as a sales person six months ago; to sell security alarms, security cameras and electrical contract services, for which I have very little experience.

My starting salary was acceptable with the fairly high commission rate that they promised, and even though I was somewhat intimidated with the prospect of selling products and services that I wasn't familiar...I thought of it as a step up.

Since then, I've been promoted to Sales manager...though my pay cheque is the same. I have two sales reps under me, one with a lot more experience than me.

This shit is so fucking stupid on so many levels.

First, these two assholes I work with thought it would be funny to stir up a bunch of shit. They started spreading a rumor around about a very big bonus I got. That's really funny since I didn't actually get one. I do get a modest bonus each quarter, but I'm new in the position and haven't actually received the first one yet.

These people are so fucking stupid that they didn't even question it. They just believed it when they were told that I was bragging about the HUGE ($20,000) bonus I got and all the things I was going to buy with it. Now, they are all pissed as can be.

This douche bag I work with lies about everything. He lies about shit that doesn't even matter. The dumbass even told me a story that I had told him. He told it like it happened to him. He forgot I was the one that told him about it. He swore it was true. I told him I knew he was lying because it was my story! He wasn't even there! I want to kick him right in his puny dick.

well...I seriously got slapped in the face today...not literally but I might as well have been.
I asked for a raise...and I never got a yes or a no...
I do the payroll so my boss has to give me the changes...
today...he gives every employee in the company a raise...
except me...

Well what can i say, i work for a company that shall remian nameless. But i can tell you that i FUCKIN hate the place. Health and Safety only when it suits them and when the BOSS is going about.

They are all running fucking scared and shitting there pants, and flapping like a gull flying against the wind.
